It stacks with the summer free return offer, so any online booking for a visit by 2 September 2026 can claim a free like for like return visit to London Zoo or Whipsnade Zoo, used by 16 October 2026. Family tickets are online only and bookable for visits up to 2 September. Children under 3 always go free, and the summer Horrible Science trail is included in entry.

Choose the Family ticket option when booking online, no voucher code needed. Family tickets are for groups of three or four arriving together. Book general admission online between 23 June and 2 September 2026 to also get a free return visit, claimed by 15 October and used by 16 October 2026.
